Bus price may also change depending on the number attending. Deposits and bus are based on members attending. For cancellations members will be charged for deposits and bus. Deposits may be waivered depending on the golf club.

A trip to Linlithgow Golf Club in July is in the offing which sits high above the Royal Burgh town of Linlithgow. The beautiful 18-hole course is situated within the farmland and hillside of the surrounding area, offering up stunning views of the Ochil Hills, Union Canal and Forth Valley. Steeped in history and tradition, Linlithgow is ideally situated half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
In August the section will make the trip to Bishopbriggs Golf Club for the final outing of the year, situated just north of Glasgow. The tree lined scenic parkland course established in 1906 measures 6262 yards with Par 71.
The golf course lies within the boundaries of original Kenmure Estate purchased by Charles Stirling (a West India trader) in 1806. A significant element of “policy” woodland broad-leafed species oak, ash, beech etc established at that time still remains today.
The Bishopbriggs burn which meanders through the course all adds to an enjoyable and challenging golfing experience.More info will be posted here once received from the ever resourceful Outing Organiser!!
